Agreement

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of websites, applications, and browser extensions operated by Outset Solutions LLC ("Outset," "we," "us"), including Privacy Dawg and related NetIntegrate products. By creating an account or using any of these products, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the products.

What Privacy Dawg does

Privacy Dawg automates opt-out and deletion requests to data broker sites on your behalf, and tracks the status of each request. It uses a combination of automated form submission, email correspondence with brokers, and — where you install it — a browser extension that fills opt-out forms and checks whether a broker still shows your information.

We do not control third-party data brokers. Removal timelines, whether a broker responds at all, and whether a broker re-lists information after removal are outside our control. We report status honestly, including when a request is still pending, stuck, or requires manual follow-up — we do not promise a completion date that a third party controls.

Accounts

You must provide accurate information to create an account and are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account.

Subscriptions and billing

Paid plans are billed on a recurring monthly or annual basis through our payment processor (Stripe) at the price shown at checkout. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period unless stated otherwise. We do not store your full payment card details — those are handled directly by Stripe.

Browser extension

The Privacy Dawg browser extension encrypts your personal information locally in your browser and uses it only to fill opt-out forms on data broker pages you direct it to, or to check whether a broker's page still shows your information. Acceptable use

You agree not to use these products to submit requests on behalf of someone else without authorization, to interfere with the operation of our services, or to attempt to circumvent security or rate limits.

Disclaimers

These products are provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that any specific data broker will honor a removal request, respond within a specific timeframe, or refrain from re-listing information in the future.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Outset Solutions LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of these products, including damages resulting from a third-party data broker's actions or inaction.

Termination

You may stop using the products and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
